Monthly Payment Policy:
• One month advance rental upon making reservation
• One month security deposit upon check-in

Check-in / Check-out time

• Check-in time is after 14:00

• Check-out time is before 12:00 (noon)

• Extra charges for late check-out

- before 18:00 is 50% of the rental rate

- after 18:00 is 100% of the rental rate
